For the first time, he is taking our beloved workshop across the ocean to Japan in the beautiful early summer hydrangea season, staying in the most iconic luxury hotels in 2 of the biggest urban centers of Japan - Tokyo and Osaka, touring the biggest flower trading market in the world in Ota, stay at a hidden luxury onsen ryokan (traditional Japanese hot spring  inn) while exploring the flower farms in Shizuoka,  and spend a day in a Japanese restaurant with Kai and his mentor Sachi, dive into the flower world while enjoying the unique customized kaiseki course experience.
